Ordered that the judgment is affirmed, with costs.

On prior appeals in this proceeding, this Court upheld the Supreme Court's confirmation of an arbitration award, but reversed a judgment which imposed personal liability on the appellant and remitted the matter to the Supreme Court for the entry of a judgment consistent with that court's amended order confirming the award (see Matter of Ishakis v Lieberman, 128 A.D.3d 1066
