Ordered that the judgment is modified by vacating the provision dismissing plaintiff's cause of action and providing that plaintiff is awarded the principal sum of $700 thereon, and by reducing the award to defendant on his counterclaim to the principal sum of $280, resulting in a net judgment in favor of plaintiff in the principal sum of $420; as so modified, the judgment...
