The plaintiff allegedly tripped and fell in a parking lot. Thereafter, the plaintiff commenced this action to recover damages for personal injuries against, among others, the defendant Town of Oyster Bay. The Town moved, inter alia, for summary judgment dismissing the complaint insofar as asserted against it, and the Supreme Court, among other things, denied that branch of the Town's motion....
