Merchan, J., at suppression hearing, jury trial and sentencing), rendered February 19, 2014, convicting defendant of robbery in the second and third degrees, assault in the second degree, grand larceny in the fourth degree, and eight counts of criminal possession of stolen property in the fourth degree, and sentencing him to an aggregate term of nine years, affirmed.
