Ordered that the order is reversed, without costs, and tenants' motion to dismiss the petition is denied.

In this holdover summary proceeding, the petition alleges that tenants entered into possession of the property in question pursuant to a rental agreement; that the parties had submitted their dispute to arbitration; that the arbitrators had determined that the term of the tenancy would expire on January 31, 2014...
