Plaintiff alleges that she suffered serious injuries requiring arthroscopic surgery on her left knee as the result of a rearend collision involving three cars. In order to meet their prima facie burden, defendants were required to demonstrate that plaintiff has not suffered a "serious injury," which they could do through medical affirmations concluding that no objective medical findings support her claim that she suffered an injury resulting in permanent or significant limitations...
