THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, Respondent, v. JEROLD N. MITCHUM, Appellant.

Appellate Division of the Supreme Court of New York, Fourth Department.

Decided July 2, 2015.

The judgment convicted defendant, upon a jury verdict, of criminal possession of a weapon in the second degree (two counts), criminal possession of a weapon in the third degree, and criminally using drug paraphernalia in the second degree (two counts).

It is hereby ordered that the judgment so appealed from is unanimously reversed on the law and a new trial is granted.
