HERMINE POWELL, Respondent, v. MERYL ADLER et al., Appellants.

Appellate Division of the Supreme Court of New York, Second Department.

Decided May 27, 2015.

In an action to recover damages for personal injuries, the defendants appeal, as limited by their brief, from so much of an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County (Lane, J.), dated June 26, 2014, as denied that branch of their renewed motion which was for summary judgment dismissing the complaint.

Ordered that the order is affirmed insofar as appealed from, with costs.
