The judgment convicted defendant, upon a nonjury verdict, of criminal possession of a weapon in the second degree, driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor, driving while ability impaired by the combined influence of drugs or of alcohol and any drug or drugs, improper automobile equipment and improper license plates.
