The order, among other things, granted Mark Chauvin Bezinque, Esq., a charging lien against plaintiff and denied the cross motion of plaintiff to disgorge funds paid to Mark Chauvin Bezinque, Esq., and Donald A. White, Esq.

It is hereby ordered that the order so appealed from is unanimously affirmed without costs...
