THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, Respondent, v. WALTER WELCH, Appellant.

Appellate Division of the Supreme Court of New York, Second Department.

Decided March 25, 2015.

Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County (Chun, J.), rendered June 16, 2010, convicting him of sexual misconduct, upon his plea of guilty, and imposing sentence. Assigned counsel has submitted a brief in accordance with Anders v California (386 U.S. 738 [1967]) in which she moves for leave to withdraw as counsel for the appellant.

Ordered that the judgment is affirmed.
