OPINION OF THE COURT

The issue raised in this case is whether petitioners, the grandparents of the child who is the subject of this proceeding, established extraordinary circumstances to deprive respondent mother of custody of the child. We conclude that they did not, and we therefore conclude that the order should be reversed...
