Defendant waived indictment and pleaded guilty to the crime of attempted assault in the second degree as charged in a superior court information. Under the terms of the plea agreement, he was to waive his right to appeal and be sentenced as a second felony offender to 1½ to 3 years in prison. Defendant signed a written waiver of his right to appeal and was subsequently sentenced in accordance with the terms of the plea agreement. He now appeals.
