Defendants Burnham LLC, individually, and as a successor to Burnham Corp. (Burnham) and Cleaver-Brooks, Inc., (Cleaver-Brooks) move pursuant to CPLR 4404(a) to set aside the verdict in favor of plaintiffs, and for judgment in their favor as a matter of law, or, in the alternative, for a new trial, as against the weight of the evidence, or for remitter of the jury verdicts.
