He was suspended from the practice of law, effective March 3, 2014, due to his failure to comply with the attorney registration requirements (see Matter of Attorneys in Violation of Judiciary Law § 468-a, 113 A.D.3d 1020, 1022 [2014]). Respondent currently resides in Maryland.
