Respondent was admitted to practice by this Court in 2005. He was suspended from the practice of law, effective March 3, 2014, due to his failure to comply with the attorney registration requirements (Matter of Attorneys in Violation of Judiciary Law § 468-a, 113 A.D.3d 1020, 1022 [2014]). Respondent maintains an office for the practice of law in Florida, where he was admitted in 2002.
