In an action to recover damages for personal injuries, etc., the plaintiffs appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Nassau County (Marber, J.), dated May 15, 2013, which, upon an order of the same court entered February 19, 2013, granting the defendants' motion for summary judgment dismissing the complaint, in favor of the defendants and against them, dismissing the complaint.

Ordered that the judgment is affirmed...
