Per Curiam.

The Grievance Committee for the Tenth Judicial District served the respondent with a verified petition, dated September 28, 2011, containing three charges of professional misconduct. After a hearing, the Special Referee sustained all three charges. The Grievance Committee now moves to confirm the Special Referee's report, and to impose such discipline as this Court deems just and proper. The respondent opposes the motion...
