The judgment, insofar as appealed from, granted those parts of the motion of defendants seeking summary judgment dismissing the first cause of action insofar as it asserts claims for negligent training and supervision against defendant Niagara County Sheriff Thomas Beilein and dismissing the fourth cause of action.
