Rivera, J.), dated April 27, 2012, which denied its motion to vacate a so-ordered stipulation dated December 13, 2011, and (2), as limited by its brief, from so much of an order of the same court dated September 7, 2012, as denied that branch of its motion which was for leave to renew.
