In an action to recover damages for personal injuries, the plaintiff appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County (Whelan, J.), dated December 21, 2011, which granted the defendants' motion for summary judgment dismissing the complaint. [Prior Case History: 2011 NY Slip Op 33457(U).]

Ordered that the order is affirmed, with costs.
