On July 12, 2012, David Z. (the father) filed a petition seeking to modify this court's January 11, 2010 order of support regarding the child Zachary.

At the hearing on his petition, the father appeared telephonically before Support Magistrate Jonathan Heussi. Before calling the father, the Support Magistrate stated "Mr. Gallant is here representing [the father]." Attorney Gallant did not dispute this statement...
