In an action to recover damages for personal injuries, etc., the defendants Long Island Wrestling Officials Association, Inc., and Richard Petracca appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County (Bruno, J.), dated June 4, 2012, which denied their motion for summary judgment dismissing the complaint insofar as asserted against them. Prior Case History: 2012 NY Slip Op 31585(U).

Ordered that the order is reversed...
