YELLOWBOOK, INC., Formerly Known as YELLOW BOOK SALES AND DISTRIBUTION COMPANY, Respondent, v. BONFIGLIO & ASTERITA, LLC, et al., Appellants.

Decided October 30, 2013.

In an action to recover damages for breach of contract, the defendants appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County (Brandveen, J.), dated March 27, 2012, which granted the plaintiff's motion for summary judgment on the complaint and denied their cross motion to compel discovery.

Ordered that the order is affirmed, with costs.
