Appeal by the defendant from two judgments of the County Court, Westchester County (Warhit, J.), both rendered October 4, 2011, convicting him of attempted assault in the second degree under indictment No. 10-01260, and assault in the second degree under Superior Court information No. 11-00065, respectively, upon his pleas of guilty, and imposing sentences. Assigned counsel has submitted a brief in accordance with Anders v California (386 U.S. 738
