THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, Respondent, v. DESMOND ARNOLD, Appellant.

Appellate Division of the Supreme Court of New York, Second Department.

Decided October 2, 2013.

Appeal by the defendant, as limited by his motion, from three sentences of the Supreme Court, Kings County (Firetog, J.), all imposed September 25, 2008, on the ground that the sentences are excessive.

Ordered that the sentences are affirmed.

The sentences imposed were not excessive (see People v Suitte, 90 A.D.2d 80
