Plaintiffs commenced this action seeking damages for the tragic death of their son, Khalil Jamal Godfrey King, who was a 19-year-old sophomore at Cornell University when he died in the early morning hours on August 28, 2010 after falling from a cliff over 200 feet tall into the Fall Creek Gorge on the Cornell campus.
