MARY PENZA, Appellant, v. METROPOLITAN LIFE INSURANCE COMPANY et al., Respondents.

In an action, inter alia, to recover damages for employment discrimination in violation of Executive Law § 296, the plaintiff appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County (Battaglia, J.), dated November 7, 2011, which denied her motion to vacate a stay of the action which had been previously imposed by order of the same court dated June 13, 2011.

Ordered that the order dated November 7, 2011, is affirmed...
