Plaintiff commenced this action to recover for injuries that he sustained on April 2, 2010, when he dove from a dock extending into Cayuga Lake from real property at defendants' residence located at 1166 East Shore Drive, Lansing. Defendants move for summary judgment dismissing the complaint.
