In an action, inter alia, to recover damages for breach of fiduciary duty, the defendants appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County (Bucaria, J.), dated June 19, 2012, which denied their motion to preliminarily enjoin the plaintiffs from taking any steps to obtain possession of certain real property, including the commencement of a separate summary landlord-tenant proceeding.

Ordered that the order is affirmed...
