Uviller, J., at jury trial and sentencing), rendered February 18, 2009, convicting defendant of criminal possession of a weapon in the second degree and resisting arrest, and sentencing him to an aggregate term of 3½ years, unanimously affirmed.

The court properly exercised its discretion in limiting defendant's voir dire of prospective jurors. The precluded inquiries were repetitious...
