Introduction

Motion by the plaintiffs, William Morrison and Charles Kist, for: (1) leave to amend their verified class action complaint, and (2) further relief amending the caption so as to remove therefrom co-plaintiff William Morrison, inasmuch as he is no longer a shareholder of the defendant corporation, The Hain Celestial Group, Inc., is granted in part and denied in part.
