Ordered that the judgment is affirmed.

The defendant failed to preserve for appellate review his contention that there was legally insufficient proof of his identity (see CPL 470.05[2]; People v Hawkins, 11 N.Y.3d 484, 491-492 [2008]). In any event, the People presented legally sufficient proof of the defendant's identity as the perpetrator (see People v Gordon, 65 A.D.3d 1261
