In January 2004, plaintiff allegedly slipped and fell. In his notice of claim, complaint and bill of particulars, plaintiff alleged that his fall occurred on the sidewalk or walkway in front of 1040 Soundview Avenue, in the Bronx, which is owned by defendant Housing Authority.
