In an action, inter alia, to recover damages for negligence, the plaintiff appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County (Agate, J.), dated February 22, 2012, which granted the motion of the defendant DiFama Concrete, Inc., for summary judgment dismissing the amended complaint insofar as asserted against it.

Ordered that the order is reversed, on the law, with costs...
