McLaughlin, J.), rendered January 12, 2011, as amended April 26 and April 28, 2011, convicting defendant, after a jury trial, of criminal possession of a controlled substance in the fifth degree, and sentencing him, as a second felony drug offender, to a term of 3½ years, unanimously affirmed.

Defendant's arguments concerning evidence of uncharged crimes are entirely unpreserved, and we decline to review them...
