In November 2007, petitioner was injured in the performance of his duties and filed for disability benefits pursuant to General Municipal Law § 207-c. Respondent determined that he was eligible and provided his wages while he was unable to work. In April 2008, petitioner's physician cleared him to return to work in a light duty capacity, and he began working full time...
