Defendant was charged with two counts of burglary in the first degree, burglary in the second degree, robbery in the first degree, three counts of robbery in the second degree and two counts of assault in the second degree in connection with an alleged home invasion. Defendant did not deny being present at the scene, but contended that he merely gave his friend, Joseph Buckler, a ride as a favor and waited outside the home while Buckler had a conversation...
