On February 26, 2007 at about 3:00 P.M., plaintiff slipped and fell while walking on an area of sidewalk composed of brick pavers at Stuyvesant Plaza, a shopping center owned by defendant in the Town of Guilderland, Albany County. She fractured her right wrist and thereafter commenced this action alleging that defendant had negligently allowed ice to accumulate on the sidewalk where she fell.
