Petitioner proposes to develop a project in the Towns of Cortlandville, Homer, Solon and Truxton in Cortland County, to generate electricity from wind, which it identifies as the Crown City Wind Energy Project (the project). The project is believed to be the largest ever proposed for Cortland County and includes construction of 44 wind turbines that are 492 feet tall, over 20 miles of access roads, 30 miles of buried...
