In February 2009, plaintiff Joseph D'Antuono (hereinafter plaintiff) was injured when he slipped while attempting to traverse a snowbank to insert money into a parking meter owned by defendant Village of Saugerties. Plaintiff fell backward into the street, resulting in various injuries, including a fractured vertebra.
