Ordered that the judgment, as amended, is affirmed.

The defendant's contention that he was denied a fair trial by certain remarks and questions posed by the trial court to various witnesses is without merit. None of the court's questions or remarks prevented the jury from arriving at an impartial verdict based upon the evidence presented.
