In 1998, William Bramer (herineafter decedent) obtained a home equity line of credit from plaintiff that was secured by a mortgage on certain real property located in the Town of Mayfield, Fulton County. As part of that agreement, decedent elected to obtain credit life and disability insurance that, by its terms, covered only debt subject to a variable interest rate.
