On the defendant's appeal from a judgment of conviction, this Court, in a prior decision and order on motion, remitted the matter to the Supreme Court for a reconstruction hearing with respect to certain proceedings that could not be transcribed. The defendant now contends that the reconstruction hearing was inadequate to protect his right of appeal. A presumption of validity and regularity attends all judgments of conviction...
