This decision combines two cases before the court. Both involve a challenge to the 2001 amendments to the City's zoning law. For the People Theatres of N.Y., Inc. v City of New York (6 N.Y.3d 63 [2005]) involved the validity of these amendments with regard to bookstores and video stores. Ten's Cabaret v City of New York (id.) concerns the validity of those amendments...
