Per Curiam.

Petitioner charged respondent with failing to cooperate with its investigation of a complaint filed against her by a former client (see Rules of Professional Conduct [22 NYCRR 1200.0] rule 8.4 [d]). Respondent admitted the misconduct in her answer, and we have since granted petitioner's unopposed motion for an order declaring that the pleadings raised no factual issues (see 22 NYCRR 806.5). We now find respondent guilty of the misconduct...
