The court now entertains this Vehicle and Traffic Law article 31 (alcohol and drug-related offenses) matter. Defendant Jose Umpierre was arrested on November 14, 2010, while driving a vehicle on City Island Road through Pelham Bay Park in Bronx County. At that time defendant was charged with various alcohol related vehicle offenses which are now awaiting trial. A pending motion in limine relates to admissibility...
