THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, Respondent, v. LUIS RODRIGUEZ, Appellant.

Appellate Division of the Supreme Court of New York, Second Department.

Decided August 1, 2012.

Ordered that the judgment is modified, on the law, by vacating the convictions of criminal possession of a weapon in the second degree under counts 16 and 17 of the indictment, vacating the sentences imposed thereon, and dismissing those counts of the indictment; as so modified, the judgment is affirmed.
