By order of the Supreme Court of the State of California, filed on July 22, 2011, the respondent was suspended from the practice of law in that state for a period of three years, execution of the sentence was stayed, the respondent was actually suspended from the practice of law for a period of 30 days, and the respondent was placed on probation for a period of three years...
