Memorandum: Defendant was convicted following a jury trial of three counts of robbery in the first degree (Penal Law § 160.15 [2]-[4]), and one count each of criminal possession of a weapon in the second degree (§ 265.03 [former (2)]), and criminal possession of stolen property in the fifth degree (§ 165.40), and he appeals from a resentence with respect to those convictions...
